Oodle - Account suspended. No reason why. Would not respond to inquiry.
Became an Oodle member to find a home for my cat, a calico/tortoise shell variety. Immediately after posting, I received an "account suspended" notice.
I had no idea why, so I sent an inquiry through their channels. I suspected that the conglomerate type was a problem, but I could not correct it or try to relist. Many days later, still no response from Oodle. Their lack of responsiveness is of little or no use to me.
So I am suspending/cancelling Oodle. If they're going to have any chance of making a go of this site, they need to learn a few things about customer service, namely responsiveness, timeliness, satisfaction, useful benefits, support...on and on.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Yeah I signed up for Oodle looking to hire 2 people for a job I needed done. Immediately, my listing was flagged as a scam/spam before it even officially went live saying it violated the terms of service.
I went and read the terms of service from beginning to end and I could not find anything in my listing that was prohibited. I sent a dispute and got some automated reply saying something generic that they were reviewing it.
Then right after my account was suspended. I used their system to send a complaint asking to be reinstated and never heard back
